The objective of this project is to have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for camporees. The result of the SOP will be a camporee plan and package that leads to a successful camporee. The SOP is tailored for Colonial District (Alexandria, VA) of the National Capitol Area Council (NCAC).
