People are the greatest asset of the Climbing and Project C.O.P.E. People are both a resource and a capability. The Climbing and Project C.O.P.E. Committee cares for people as a resource by developing a pipeline; reaching out to those who might serve on the Committee or support the program, and ensuring against "burning out" the existing members. The Committee cares for people as a capability through training, as Facilitators in Training (when less than 21 years of age), as Level I Facilitators/Instructors and Level II Facilitators/Instructors (21 and older), and as Program Managers (certified after successfully attending National Camp School).
