Plan

• Execute Level 1 and Level 2 COPE training.
• Level 1 candidates must be registered with the BSA but are not required to have prior experience with COPE, climbing, or experiential learning and facilitation.
• Level 2 candidates must be, or have been, Level 1 certified AND have facilitated prior sessions sufficiently to have demonstrated basic climbing skills and facilitation competency.
• Achieve accreditation by Training Plan Evaluator
