Tour of COPE course at Camp Snyder with Don, Colonial District Executive (DE). Don had attended National Camp School (NCS) the previous spring and had earned COPE Director certificate of training. For the next 5 scout camp seasons, Don could open both COPE courses at Camp WB Snyder and at Camp Post, Goshen Scout Reservation.
