MAGI, Inc. is a woman-owned business, licensed to operate in Virginia. Our core competency is systems integration engineering. Our business interests include helping organizations identify their team members and assets, define their mission and vision, determine how they will communicate, then develop strategies for achieving their objectives. Our competencies are based on ITIL V3, Six Sigma, and PMP training, backed by decades of experience in direct project management and operations management of software applications development and maintenance, systems engineering and analysis, and day care center operations. We support youth organizations, particularly the Girl Scouts of America in the Washington DC metro area and Boy Scouts of America in the National Capital Area Council. We are proud to be associated with the many people we have mentored, especially the youth who earned the GSA Silver Trefoil, GSA Gold Award, and the BSA Eagle Award. We support businesses who believe, as we do, that our future lies with our youth. They are our best investment.
It is perfectly clear to us that our best future is one that is led by people who use critical thinking to make ethical choices based on ideals and values. We owe it to those future adults to enable them to get experience, to challenge them to have a growth mindset, and to stand behind them. When we accept excuses or allow them to have an entitlement attitude, we cheat them out of their future.
